"A whole list, huh?" She smiles at him, blushing warmly and then biting her lip, petting her fingers through his hair. "You're sure that you're okay with waiting?"

She kisses his cheek, and then his mouth, feeling a little like she ran ahead of herself. "You're only the second person that I've ever--" She laughs almost nervously and wraps her arms around his shoulders in a hug, sitting up in his lap. "I think I'm overwhelmed."

Hopefully it's clear from her tone that she doesn't think it's a bad thing, and she doesn't regret what happened at all, but she wants to pause to catch her breath and clear her head.
